We contact you as soon as possible. We make special discounts for groups of almost 25 people (1 for free), students, athletets and pensioners.

IMPORTANT: Kindly ask our customers to indicate the approximate time of arrival. It is possible to check-in from 15 to 00.30. We have not night service reception. The structure opens at 8.00 and closes at 00.30. And it is possible return at any time with the pass which we deliver to you at check-in. The breakfasts have the following times: 8-10.30 every day.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: Cristall asks for a deposit confirmation within 20 days from the date of arrival, after this time ifthe deposit is not reached, we reserve the right to consider anything the reservation. If the booking is confirmed with a deposit, but the client does not appear on the due date (no show), the hotel asks for a penalty equal to the total amount of the reservation. The total amount of the penalty has to be paid by the customer even if the reservation is canceled within 20 daysfrom the date of arrival provided, including the day of arrival or early departure is the samecompared to booking.
